Chairman of China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) Ma Yongwei said lately CIRC will try every effort to issue the "Foreign-funded Insurance Company Administration Rule", "Penalty Measures for Violation of Insurance Law", and further prepare for the draft of "Insurance Law". foreign insurance supervision regulation.
